I am a virtual health coach

I help people who live crazy, busy lives- just like you, learn the tools, tactics and hacks to stay healthy- even when life gets too hectic. To do this you will have to learn strategies in the 4 different areas of wellness:

You dont have to sacrafice your health when life gets crazy busy

I know how it goes...hit the snooze button 3 times before grogily falling out of bed, still tired. Since you are late for work, you swing by fast food and quickly eat it down before pulling into work. The morning drags by, and by 11 you are on your 3rd cup of coffee and starving. Because you are so hungry, you choose something salty and fatty for lunch. It tastes oh so good, but an hour after lunch you are ready for a nap. Because you have been behind the eight ball all day you are behind in your work and have to stay late to finish up. You get home just in time to quickly play with your kids, eat a quick dinner, and grogily climb into bed, just to start the whole process over tomorrow. 
"I feel like Im in a hampster wheel with my health. I feel like I do not have the time or the energy to eat right, let alone exercise. I sleep terribly every single night and wake up almost every morning feeling tired. I know I am no where near my best for my family, or at work. I have moments where Im able to get back on track, but it only last a few weeks at the most."

I get it! I've been there too, and I know most of my patient have as well.

As a husband, father to two amazing little boys, and business owner I know the struggle of not having enough hours in a day to barely deal with what life throws at you. Let alone trying to stay healthy. It can be a massive struggle, but without our health nothing else is important. 

I realized many years ago that when I simply tried to "exercise", "eat healthy", "dont stress", "get sleep", it was simply NOT ENOUGH! I had to learn the RIGHT WAY to do all of those things. I had to implement the right foundational strategies, use the right tools, and develop a system to learn my own right tactics to be truly healthy.

What Is My Goal?
My goal is to help as many busy people in this world achieve optimal health so that they can meet their potential. I want to help people be the best they can be at home, at work and in their community and that has to start by being as healthy as possible. My goal is to demystify health and wellness away from the complicated mess it is right now and make it achievable to everyone, even when life is CRAZY BUSY!
